The logo design and branding for Feleena's Cantina is a vibrant project that captures the lively spirit of the restaurant. The playful bird graphic serves as the focal point of the design, creating a fresh and unique identity that reflects the brand's energetic atmosphere.
Approach
Drawing inspiration from traditional Mexican art, the logo features a deep red colour and abstract elements that evoke the warmth and cultural richness of the cantina’s environment. The hand-drawn bird adds a playful touch, reflecting the brand’s lively nature. By merging Mexican influences with a modern style, the design creates a dynamic and memorable identity.
Logo Exploration
The sketching process took several weeks, during which two distinct concepts were explored. Multiple rounds of hand-drawn sketches and digital refinements allowed for experimentation with various elements and layouts. After refining both ideas, the final design was selected for its ability to best capture the vibrant and lively spirit of the brand, aligning with the restaurant’s unique atmosphere.
Application
The logo is designed for adaptability across platforms, maintaining its impact on business cards, stationery, and digital spaces. Mockups demonstrate its seamless application, ensuring a cohesive brand presence. The vibrant, Mexican-inspired palette enhances its versatility and dynamic appeal.
